For making drip coffee bags, we recommended 91℃-93℃ boiled water, it will be great if you use measuring tools, or you can simply boiled water to 100℃ and wait for 40 seconds to 1min.
While you brewing the water, let’s talk about the cups you are going to use. A mug will be just fine. The one you are using in your office every day would be prefect for our coffee.
Step.2 open the package.
Now your water is boiled, you just clean your mug, make it shiny, you even stretch your arms a little bit, you are telling yourself “I’m ready”
Most of drip coffee bags are protected by two packages: 1 bag for preventing outside dust to damage coffee grounds, and an inlay works as a filter. When you open it, make sure you don’t damage it inner bag.
There you have it, the inner bag, it has two handles by the side and if you already carefully tore off the upper side, you will find you can hang it on the mug.
Step 3. Brewing the coffee.
Brewing drip coffee is simple, you need 3 key words: “30, 150, and 15”
When you first adding water to your drip coffee you need 30 seconds, you do this to pre heat the coffee, make it all wet, make it gas out, and enjoy the nice aroma while you making it. We recommend you pull off 30ml water in this step.
After that just adding more water to your drip coffee. Make sure you pull your water all over coffee grounds.
Once you ended up with 150ml coffee your coffee is ready. We suggested you use every 1 grand of coffee to 15ml water(normally a drip coffee bag contents 10g coffee) you can make your own recipe by adding more or less water.
