The Hanover Coffee Manufactory

is a German family business founded by Andreas Berndt and his sons in 2012. It is build around quality, integrity and taste. Mr. Berndt is a passionate coffee lover and after over 25 years of self-study his dream was to roast coffee beans according to the Vienna roasting method which is the most gentle, aromatic and complex of all roasts.

Within a short period of time the company became highly popular in Hanover. After opening, the second location, a coffee bar in the city centre, was opened. In 2016 a second, bigger production site was opened. The current production volume is 70 tons of premium roasted coffee beans a year, which are sold to private customers, high-class hotels, restaurants, companies and cafés and also in selected retail stores. Although the strong focus lies on roasted coffee production, customers still have the chance to try many of the freshly roasted coffee bean sorts in three different locations of the manufactory in Hanover. The portfolio comprises over 30 different coffee beans.
